Application for Registration : Dentists The following is required for licensure in the Province of New Brunswick: 1. The completed notarized application form (Acrobat PDF format). 2.
A photocopy of: Graduation diploma from a school of dentistry (new
graduates may complete section 14 of the application and supply
a copy of the diploma at a later date when received from the school).
National Dental Examining
Board of Canada Certificate (new graduates may submit an official
letter from the NDEB
if their certificate has not yet been received). |
