Application for Registration : Dentists 5. Applicants who wish to obtain a license as a Specialist must provide proof of having successfully completed the National Dental Specialty Examination (NDSE) 6. The fee to be remitted for 2008 is $2530.00. This amount represents a one time registration fee of $150.00 plus the annual license fee of $2380.00. No credit cards accepted. Annual fees are not pro-rated or refunded. 7.
Forward the completed application form with required documents and
a cheque for the license fee to the New Brunswick Dental Society.
Please include a phone number where you can be contacted in order
to make an appointment to meet with the Registrar at the Society
office in Fredericton at which time you will receive your license
to practice.
